ENVIRONMENTALIST
Our worldwide oil and gas client is currently recruiting for an experienced Environmentalist to work on a major Canadian pipeline project. As the Environmentalist, you will be responsible for the effective testing, analysis and research of water, soil & air samples to maintain the safety of the environment.
Some of the duties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Conduct accurate and effective tests of soil, water & air

Effectively identify environmental hazards & pollution
-
Create solutions to protect the environment & eliminate/decrease the hazardous environmental footprint

Analyze data accurately and communicate findings
-
Develop plans to avoid, control or repair environmental problems
To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
-
3-5 years in a similar role and environment
-
Bachelors Degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent

Strong Problem solving skills
-
Excellent verbal & written communication
-
Ability to analyze data effectively and conduct research
This position requires you to live onsite in a camp environment with a scheduled rotation for on/off site.
