HR ADMINISTRATOR             NEW!    

Our downtown client, an educational facility, is seeking an individual to assist their busy HR department for approximately two months. Some of the accountabilities include:

  • Previous experience supporting a human resource division including scheduling interviews, follow up phone calls, responding to applicants queries, etc.

  • Experience in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft) and ATS (Taleo, iCims), etc. would be an asset along with intermediate to advanced proficiencies in MS Office

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment a definite asset.
