Our worldwide oil and gas client is currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduler to work on a major Canadian pipeline project. As the Scheduler, you will be responsible for maintaining a schedule of all project applications, meetings, correspondence and functions.   


Some of the duties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:


  • Schedule appointments, project timelines & meetings

  • Manage the calendars & agendas of the department as well as key personnel

  • Provide information regarding upcoming project timelines & deadlines

  • Organize workflow & routing correspondence as necessary

  • Filing and database organization


To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills and qualifications:


  • 2-3 years in a similar role and environment

  • Business administration Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong MS Office knowledge

  • Excellent verbal & written communication

  • Professionalism, organization and confidentiality is a must

  • Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively


This position requires you to live onsite in a camp environment with a scheduled rotation for on/off site.
