RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATION
We are always seeking experienced receptionists and administrative assistants to support our clients.

TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATION POSITIONS
We are presently recruiting individuals for short to long-term temporary positions with previous administrative experience.
Some of the responsibilities of the positions include:

Calendar coordination, including scheduling appointments and meetings,

handling travel arrangements;
-
Preparation, formatting, and editing of documents and correspondence;

Handling routine memos, emails, and other miscellaneous administrative/clerical requests;
Intermediate to advanced proficiencies in MS Office and Google required; Progressive administrative experience in busy, corporate environments. Previous experience and knowledge in the following software programs is an asset:

SAP

POSSE

Sharepoint
