Administrative / Reception JOBS

RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATION                  

We are always seeking experienced receptionists and administrative assistants to support our clients. 

Some of the key accountabilities include:

  • Answering phones

  • Strong Filing

  • Accurate Data Entry

  • Advanced levels in MS Office

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Previous experience working with paying invoice's

TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATION POSITIONS       

We are presently recruiting individuals for short to long-term temporary positions with previous administrative experience.

Some of the responsibilities of the positions include:

 

  • Calendar coordination, including scheduling appointments and meetings,

  • handling travel arrangements;

  • Preparation, formatting, and editing of documents and correspondence;

  • Handling routine memos, emails, and other miscellaneous administrative/clerical requests;

 

Intermediate to advanced proficiencies in MS Office and Google required; Progressive administrative experience in busy, corporate environments. Previous experience and knowledge in the following software programs is an asset:

  • SAP

  • POSSE

  • Sharepoint
