Holidays and Time Sheets:
Please note that
you only qualify for holiday pay if:

You
normally work
the day the holiday falls on;

You have
physically worked 30 days
prior to the holiday (which does not include
un-worked weekends);

You worked
the day before and
the day after the holiday;

The company
you worked for was closed
that day (which is the reason why you didn’t work
it, and not just a scheduled day off);
**************** IMPORTANT***************
If
you did not work the holiday please just write holiday
across the day on the timesheet. Please do not fill in
the time you would have normally worked. This makes it
easier for us to tell who worked and who didn’t work.
Please be assured that we know if you qualify for the
holiday or not. If
you qualify you
WILL get paid.
